Congrats Card for Sketch #10

Well, I'm back from Orlando, and my First CTMH Convention!  Wow!  It was great, met so many wonderful people.  It was a great experience and I hope to be able to go again soon.

Well, on to my card.  I love the For Always paper, and decided I would use 2 different patterns from this paper packet.  I love the direct ink technique where you apply the ink pad directly to the paper to make the white areas any color you want.  I choose for this card Honey and Outdoor Denim.

I also stamped the Frame which is from the Frame Flair Stamp set in Outdoor Denim, and the sentiment is from the stamp set Congrats Graduate, which is stamped in Honey.  I used some retired embellishments from the Bouquet Assortment which is from the Pemberley collection.  Also, if you look really close, I have added some Bitty Opaques Pearls to the Sentiment and Frame.  The Sentiment is 3D popped using 3D Foam Tape and I used the Zip Strip as a faux ribbon to separate the 2 papers.

  1. I love the yellow added to the For Always...might have to try that and have some fun with colours. Thanks for the fun idea!
